1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter: “Terms”) set out the rules for using the website agkantor.pl, operated by Argentarii Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Modlińska 247, 03-120 Warsaw, Poland, entered into the National Court Register, Tax ID (NIP): 5242973252, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”.

1.2. Use of the website constitutes the User’s acceptance of these Terms.

1.3. If the User does not accept the Terms, they should discontinue using the website.

2. Scope and nature of the service

2.1. The website agkantor.pl is informational and marketing in nature, and its purpose is to present the activities of Argentarii Sp. z o.o., including services related to currency exchange.

2.2. The website enables Users to contact the Administrator via a contact form in order to obtain information about offers, currency exchange rates, or to initiate cooperation.

2.3. The website does not conduct direct online currency exchange. All information about rates and offers presented is indicative and does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.

2.4. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the content of the website, its functionality, and available services without prior notice to Users.

3. Rules for using the website

3.1. The User undertakes to use the website in accordance with the law, principles of social coexistence, and these Terms.

3.2. It is prohibited to take actions that may:

• disrupt the operation of the website or the Administrator’s IT systems,
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Administrator’s resources,
• introduce unlawful, offensive content, or content that violates third-party rights.

3.3. The User bears full responsibility for the content submitted via the contact form.

4. Administrator’s liability

4.1. The Administrator exercises the utmost care to ensure that the content published on the agkantor.pl website is current and factually correct; however, it does not guarantee its complete accuracy and shall not be liable for any errors or inaccuracies.

4.2. The Administrator shall not be liable for:

7. Final provisions

7.1. The Administrator reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon their publication on the agkantor.pl website.

7.2. In matters not regulated by these Terms, Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.

7.3. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the website shall be settled by the court competent for the Administrator’s registered office.

7.4. These Terms are effective from the date of their publication on the agkantor.pl website.
